UpHi collects the minimum personal information necessary for service improvement and development of new services.

The user agrees to allow UpHi to collect the essential data necessary to perform essential functions of the service.

We do not ask you to provide any personal information.

Tech specs

In the case of mobile services, information such as mobile models, mobile network operator information, hardware ID, Advertising ID, and service use can be collected automatically, but specific individuals cannot be distinguished or identified through this information.

To support and enhance the Service, we work with third party analytics service provider, such as Amplitude. These Third Party Service Providers collect and use personal data about your visits to and use of the UpHi Service.

- For the performance of a contract, such as to provide our service and respond to requests from users.

- Legitimate interests, such as to analyze user behavior in relation to the usage of the app.
